ZTelligence uses your signed-in account identifier, email, selected interests, newsletter cadence, and consent date to provide free member access and the newsletters you request. Browsing the public feed does not subscribe you.

Leadership Challenge

The free challenge uses fictional scenarios and prepared feedback. Drafts are temporarily held in your browser tab for up to 24 hours. If you sign in and save, your role, decisions, editable brief and pilot inputs are stored privately with your account until you delete them. Save replaces your previous brief. You can download or delete it on the challenge page; Academy record deletion also deletes this saved brief. No brief is sent to an AI model by this challenge. Peer invitations contain only a public link. With optional measurement consent, we record challenge starts, completions, saves, export actions, invitation actions, return visits and membership clicks. Copying an invitation is not proof of delivery.

Email-only newsletter signup

You can subscribe or change newsletter preferences without a ChatGPT account at newsletter signup. We send a confirmation link through Microsoft 365. It expires after 24 hours, is single-use, and changes newsletter preferences only after you press Confirm. It never grants member or paid access. We store your email, choices and consent date for delivery through Sender. Pending requests are removed during later signup processing after their retention window; expired links cannot be used. Temporary hashed request identifiers and rate limits help prevent abuse. Existing member and billing records are not linked or unlocked by this email confirmation.

Your choices

Newsletters are optional. Change interests through email confirmation or your signed-in member preferences. Stop newsletter emails using the unsubscribe link in each edition. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link. You can retain member access without receiving newsletters.

Newsletter relevance and promotions

We store the articles, practical tip and promotional offer selected for each issue to avoid repetition. Promotional links use an opaque identifier to record a click and suppress repeated offers. A click does not establish a purchase, download completion or booking; automated mail scanners may also follow links. Active membership is used to tailor Academy wording. Promotional links expire after 90 days.

Service providers

The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and sign-in. When email delivery is active, Sender processes your email address and newsletter delivery data. Its delivery reports may include email opens and link clicks. Publisher links take you to external sites with their own privacy practices.

Conversations with Z

When you send a question to Z, your message, recent conversation turns, and selected reference material are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. ZTelligence does not save conversation transcripts. Conversation history remains in page memory and clears on reload or departure. The provider request disables response storage; provider processing and retention remain subject to its applicable terms. Avoid confidential or personal information. Short-lived hashed visitor identifiers and request counts help prevent abuse and expire after two days. Z does not retrieve subscriber records, contact submissions, or private company documents.

Toolkit and Academy

When you use Z Operating Toolkit or Z Academy while signed in, account-associated worksheets, application notes, lesson completion, best assessment results, mastery context (role, industry and stage), practice attempts, badges and completion records are stored to support your learning and work. These products do not automatically send saved content to an AI model or share it with other members. Optional Toolkit Copilot lets you review and edit an excerpt from the current worksheet, then explicitly authorize sending it to OpenAI with your question. Academy Coach uses the selected lesson and your questions, not saved exercise notes. Shared context and recent messages remain in the current conversation until you clear it or leave the page. AI suggestions are not automatically saved to worksheets. You can export and delete worksheets and reset Academy records from the product. Active records are retained until deletion or a removal request; provider backups and operational logs follow provider retention practices. Avoid confidential business details, personal employee or customer data, and credentials. Completion records are educational records, not accredited qualifications.

Membership billing

When paid enrollment is available, Stripe processes payments and billing addresses. ZTelligence stores customer, checkout, invoice and charge references, membership status and access dates, payment-policy acceptance version and time, and the U.S. customer declaration, linked to your signed-in account. Payment records support access, renewals, cancellations, refunds, disputes and required business recordkeeping. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored in your worksheets. You can export or delete saved learning and Toolkit records after membership ends. Billing records may be retained for accounting and dispute resolution; contact us about access or deletion requests.

Billing tests

For approved testers, Stripe hosts the test checkout form. ZTelligence stores test customer, checkout and subscription references, plan, status, access dates and processed webhook identifiers linked to the signed-in account. Test records do not grant paid production access. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in member worksheets. Contact support@ztelligence.ai to request removal of test records; Stripe maintains its own records under its policies.

Product feedback and customer stories

Feedback submissions include your name, email, company, role, experience, relationship to ZTelligence and publication preference. They are delivered to ZTelligence LLC’s business inbox through Microsoft 365 and retained there for follow-up and permission records until you request removal, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations and provider backups. Private feedback is not published. Choosing a possible customer story permits follow-up only; the exact wording, attribution and channels require separate approval before publication. Feedback does not subscribe you to newsletters and is not sent to the Z chat model.

Optional campaign measurement

The free AI Business Starter Kit works without measurement or newsletter signup. If you allow measurement, a first-party cookie lasts up to 30 days. We store a random browser identifier, campaign source labels, page and action categories, timestamps and test status. When you sign in, we associate this record with your account identifier to measure successful newsletter opt-ins and verified paid memberships. Inquiry tracking records acceptance by our contact service, not the message content. We do not store your prompts, email address, IP address or full referring URL in campaign records and do not use advertising pixels. Declines are remembered for 30 days. Campaign reporting covers the latest 30 days; expired records are removed as measurement requests run. Use Measurement choices on the Starter Kit to withdraw consent and delete this browser’s campaign record, or contact support@ztelligence.ai for account-linked deletion requests. Browsing without measurement does not affect access.

Retention and requests

Preferences remain stored until you request deletion. Unsubscribing keeps a minimal suppression and preferences record to prevent unwanted delivery. Contact support@ztelligence.ai through our contact form to request access, correction, or deletion. We do not sell your subscriber information.

About the content

The feed links to public industry and business reporting, AI announcements and research. Tags are generated using keywords and may miss context. Worldwide includes all sources; US and international describe publisher locations. Member briefs are original ZTelligence operating guidance, not endorsements or verified claims about investment returns.
